We provide group classes for all ages and abilities, + specialise in a holistic approach to teaching. The focus is on safety, comfort, balance, mindfulness, + a good healthy dose of fun!

Limited Private/Semi-Private classes for all levels are available outside the group class schedule. Please fill in the appropriate form with details of your preferred day + time.

Non-members are very welcome! The same class charges apply, PLUS a $45 Guest Fee per class levied by The Repulse Bay.
