We offer group classes for all ages and abilities, + specialise in a holistic approach to teaching. The focus is on safety, comfort, balance, mindfulness, + a good healthy dose of fun!

Limited Private/Semi-Private classes for all levels are available outside the group class schedule. Please fill in the appropriate form with details of your preferred day + time.

Do note that if a group class is missed, there is no make-up or credit offered or provided.
